Do you want to work as a warehouse employee starting in March?
Do you have another job or are you studying and can work 2-3 full weekdays a week during the semesters with the possibility of working more during Christmas, Easter, and summer?

The tasks as a forklift driver/warehouse employee at ICA's warehouse in Västerås will mainly involve driving forklifts and picking goods by hand with the help of a voice unit that instructs you on what to pick. The tasks are physically demanding, characterized by a high work pace and clear goals where you work in different temperature zones.

We are currently recruiting with a preliminary introduction starting in week 13 and week 14 and continuing through the spring. Note that the introduction is scheduled for 11.5 working days and requires 100% attendance! To be considered for the position, you must be very flexible in your availability and be able to work daytime at least 2 full weekdays a week, weekends are in addition.

Phone interviews will be conducted continuously starting week 8.
To be considered for the position, it is a REQUIREMENT that you have another job or studies of at least 50% and have at least one year left in your studies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

ICA operates its warehouse around the clock every day of the week. You who are applying should see this as a long-term extra job and have a strong work ethic.

This is a consulting assignment which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will be rented out to our client ICA.

Therefore, it is a requirement that you who are applying are available full-time during the period. To be considered for the position, it is a REQUIREMENT that you have another job or studies of at least 50% and have at least one year left in your studies. We will only proceed with individuals who can provide certificates to support this.

Furthermore, you should have:
* Forklift license A1-4 (REQUIREMENT), experience driving is a merit.
* Good physical condition.
* Approved criminal record.
* Very good ability to understand and communicate in Swedish.
* A driving license B and access to your own car to quickly get to the workplace is a merit.

We will request an extract from the criminal record and perform a drug test as part of the process. ICA aims to have smoke-free workplaces. The working environment at ICA's workplaces should be sober and free from drugs, and therefore ICA applies random alcohol and drug tests.
